We have used 4 Rent and another company for renting a flat for many years. We like the Palermo location, as there are many restaurants, supermercados, etc. closeby. The cost is better than most hotels, and we enjoy having the amenities that a flat provides over a hotel room. The flat had everything that we needed for a two week stay. The washer was a big plus and there was ample storage space. Maid service was not included, as is the case in most places. However, this was fine, as sometimes it is more complicated trying to arrange that than it is worth. Diana and Vanessa were prompt with their replies to any concerns. The owner and remise driver were both 15 minutes early at check out, which was appreciated. Our deposit was promptly returned, and the remise driver safely got us to EZE within an hour. City traffic is always awful, but we got lucky once we got on the motourway. We hope to return in mid 2019 and would not hesitate coming back to this flat.
