Constructed by the Arq. Bottazzini and inaugurated On May 25, 1985 the Tower Emerald, for the Architect Sanchez El?a in the year 2000 the Tower Viamonte and repaired in the year 2007. His( name comes of the colonial epoch, since it is in this place where the wagons were doing relay and the traveling salesmen were pasing some nights.
